Hey, I've tried freezing the LT posts, it didn't work, I went through the steps to delete my LT account, it still posts, and now I can't find anywhere that lets me STOP LT from posting to my LJ. Can you please direct me to a way to do that? Or just delete my LT account for real this time?

Thanks,

Gray

Loudtwitter

@phlysershan not implemented, sorry...

@m.e. you probably have created two accounts?

@graydancer there is a suspend button right in the configuration page, I've clicked on it for you

Mark

I've been using LoudTwitter in conjunction with LiveJournal for a few days and have come to notice that it double posts on my LJ account and I can't figure out why that is. I have it set up correctly (I think) with custom text for the title as well as before the tweets that are being gleaned from Twitter.

Is there any advice you can offer, has anyone else had this problem?

spydielives

If there is a better place to post this, please point me there.

A while back, I had set LoudTwitter up to work with my LJ account, with an e-mail login and password. I decided I didn't want it, so I deleted the account, rather than suspend service.

Recently, I found myself using Twitter more frequently. Since LT was only posting daily aggregates anyway, I joined again using my OpenID for the same LJ account.

LT posted twice to my LJ. Suspend, no post. Reactivate, double. When I deleted the OpenId login to LT, no post at all. Created it again, double-posting again.

Any ideas?

Loudtwitter

@Mark @spydielives you both have created two accounts on loudtwitter, that's why

@loudtwitter - I made a point of deleting the account I had the first time. If I delete the only one I know about now, I get no posts. I assumed that, since the "Account delete confirmation" page said "Yes, please delete all my data, there is no backup" said deleted account would go poof! Is that not the case? Does that mean that no one can ever change their mind about the service? I just want to make sure.

guonbeeman

Great service, thank you for providing this! A question, though... could you add an option to include replies? Just curious, as I'm not sure how many of your users would actually want it.

Thanks again!

It doesn't seem like any of my tweets are getting posted to my LJ. I had figured it was because I'd set up two different methods of posting, so I deleted my loudtwitter account and recreated it using only one post method (email), but that doesn't seem to have helped.

I know you're busy and all, just wanted to let you know.

I certainly hope things will get better soon, because LoudTwitter has not sent tweets to my blog since 11th August. Not once!

WooDoo

Please figure out a way to allow LJ uses to send their Tweets to a special Twitter group. I HATE Twitter and have started de-friending those that are SPAMMING my friends page with tweets. I hate to see them go but I hate Twitter even more.

hi! i recently signed up for loudtwitter but i've yet to see my twitter posts on my wordpress blog. i made my twitter posts public already and all. is there something wrong?

thanks. :-)

I don't know why, but my twitter thingies aren't posting on Livejournal. :( Very sad.

lillith

I haven't been getting the tweets via email posting (LJ)

Heyo,

For some reason (I just noticed it now) loudtwitter hasn't been posting to my LJ for a month. Last post was on Sept 14. This is vexing! I've enabled the post-by-email feature... I'll let you know if that works :-)

daleko_domoy

my twitter posts don't go to my LiveJournal. what's up?

inxthiscity

I haven't recieved any tweets for the past couple of days. I have recieved them once but never again? Why is this? It's posting to blogspot via email and normally if they are being sent they are posted immediately.

I signed up with LoudTwitter last night. I checked tonight, and no updates had been posted to my LJ, even though it said on the LoudTwitter site that my tweets had been shipped and my next update would be in 23 hours. Is this part of the problems you're talking about? Any idea when my LJ will receive updates?

srah

Is LoudTwitter broken, or am I just implementing it wrong?

Adri

hey, thanks so much for your service! i was wondering if, in the future, we might be able to choose a frequency of posts other than daily. for instance, if we wanted all our tweets for the last week to post on sundays? i think this would be very valuable as my blog tends to become filled with just tweet posts by the end of week -- would be great to put 'em all in one post.

Crazy results of today's export: http://sominski.livejournal.com/751291.html

For some reason, after I created my account with you guys, someone else's updates ended up on my journal. I'm not sure what's going on, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

luchalibrarian

My Tweets aren't posting to LJ, haven't for about two weeks. I looked and don't see anything current on why it wouldn't be. I've adjusted security settings and changed the time it is to post, nothing. : (

Plz to be halping? I love LT and that it will post to LJ for me!

jennasie

I'm having the same problems as everyone else... my tweets say they've shipped but they have not.

=/

Erin

My tweets haven't been getting posted for like the past week... :(

Julia

Tweets aren't posting to Livejournal for past couple days now. *sigh* I hope this is just a temporary issue but it would be nice to know what's going on.
